Sustainability

The leather used in this product comes from a tannery audited and certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG), which is the highest environmental standard in terms of leather tanning. This standard requires tanneries to reduce their water and energy consumption, as well as their use of potentially hazardous substances. The tanneries we work with are located in Asia and are committed partners who work with us in our efforts for responsible sourcing and continuous improvement (implementation of material traceability systems, fighting against deforestation practices).

Product Care

1) Beware not to scratch or rub your product against abrasive surfaces, especially the leather trim. 2) Keep your product away from damp or humid environments and avoid direct exposure to sunlight, keep your product away from any direct source of heat (radiators, car interiors overheated by the sun, etc). Avoid contact with greasy substances, cosmetics, perfume, and hydroalcoholic solutions, as well as any material (magazines, other leathers, etc.) that may transfer their colored pigments onto the product. 3) Keep your product away from water. Should it get wet or dirty on the surface, dry with a lint free, light-colored, absorbent cloth. Never use soap or solvent. 4) In order to protect your product when you are not using it, store it in the felt protective pouch provided.

1) Orders may take 24 to 36 hours to process. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped. 2) Shipping fees and timing begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email. 3) Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery. 4) Signatures required for items over $500. Please note that for items $500 or under, a signature may still be required at the carrier's discretion. 5) To track your order, visit your email sent from our team. 6) Free Exchange and Returns within 30 days. 1) Serpa is Limited Edition Signature Product in small batches in certain colorways. 2) Each Serpa that is made to order takes 5 weeks to develop. 2 Weeks to dye the leather, 2 weeks for pattern cutting and assembly and 1 week to ship from the factory. 3) When Placing an order after receiving a referral, our team contacts you via email and text to share conirmation of your order and 6 week timeline update with a delivery date. 4)A limited number of Serpa are available in Stores in USA
